Head of Sales (B2C) — German Market

📍 Remote (work from anywhere)

JayJay School is an international online education platform expanding into the German market. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Sales (B2C) who will take full ownership of sales operations in Germany, build a strong sales team, and drive predictable and scalable growth.

This is a senior leadership role with high autonomy and direct impact on business results.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the B2C sales department for the German market
• Hire, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Work with warm inbound leads generated by marketing funnels
• Develop and optimize sales scripts, processes, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of results
• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for management
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and support teams to improve conversion rates

• Implement and maintain CRM processes and structured sales pipelines

   

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Head of Sales / Sales Team Lead / Business Trainer (B2C)
• Strong background in building sales teams from scratch
• Experience with ethical, consultative sales approaches
• Data-driven and strategic mindset
• Strong achiever mindset and ownership mentality

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and structured pipelines

   

Language & market requirements:

• German — B2 or higher (required)
• English — B1 or higher

• Big plus: experience working and communicating with German clients

   

Nice to have:

• Experience in EdTech, online education, or subscription-based products
• Scaling sales in fast-growing startups

• Understanding of marketing funnels and cooperation with performance marketing teams
