Middle Fullstack Developer (.NET + React)

As a Middle Fullstack Engineer, you will participate in designing, developing and maintaining both the backend (.NET services) and the frontend (React UI) of web applications, ensuring performance, scalability and code quality while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and sharing knowledge.

In this role, you will also use AI-powered development tools to improve efficiency, code quality, and collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services with .NET, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Build and optimize front‑end features with React.js, focusing on code quality and user experience.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and QA throughout the software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code and conduct code reviews.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions affecting both frontend and backend layers.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools for coding, documentation, and testing to boost productivity and reduce errors.

• Stay informed about AI-driven practices and tools relevant to development, applying them where appropriate under guidance from senior engineers.

   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of .NET development, proficiency in .NET 8+.
• 3+ years with React.js and TypeScript; solid ES6+ JavaScript understanding.
• Knowledge of ORM (EF / Dapper).
• Experience with state‑management and data‑fetching libraries (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, TanStack Query).
• Proficiency with modern build tooling (Vite, Webpack) and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SASS/PostCSS).
• Experience of AWS Cloud Native development, familiarity with AWS services (i.e. Lambda, API Gateway, S3, ECS, etc.).
• Experience writing and maintaining unit/integration tests.
• Understanding of microservice architecture.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines; Agile/Scrum processes.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., coding assistants, code review, test generation) and applying them to improve daily development workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, good communication and willingness to learn.

• Intermediate/B1 English Level, ability to read & write tech documentation.
