SOFTPROM is an international Value Added IT Distributor with more than 25 years of experience, actively expanding its cloud business across Europe.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager / SDR (Cloud) to develop the Polish market and work with leading global cloud vendors.

Poland (local and international customers)

 

Cooperation format

  • Fully remote
  • Contract with the parent company (Austria)
     

Responsibilities

  • Promote cloud solutions from the listed vendors in the Polish market
  • Actively search for and attract new customers (SDR / BDM function)
  • Work with leads: qualification, nurturing, and pipeline development
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and participate in pilot projects (POCs)
  • Achieve sales targets and non-financial KPIs
  • Manage deals with a long and complex sales cycle
  • Sales planning, forecasting, and reporting in CRM
  • Collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams
     

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a BDM / SDR / Sales Manager in the cloud domain
  • Hands-on experience in selling cloud solutions (AWS and/or Google Cloud is a strong plus)
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies and their business value
  • Experience in complex B2B negotiations and closing long-cycle deals
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Polish — fluentEnglish — Upper-Intermediate+
