SOFTPROM is an international Value Added IT Distributor with more than 25 years of experience, actively expanding its cloud business across Europe.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager / SDR (Cloud) to develop the Polish market and work with leading global cloud vendors.

Poland (local and international customers)

- Fully remote
- Contract with the parent company (Austria)
Responsibilities
- Promote cloud solutions from the listed vendors in the Polish market
- Actively search for and attract new customers (SDR / BDM function)
- Work with leads: qualification, nurturing, and pipeline development
- Conduct presentations, demos, and participate in pilot projects (POCs)
- Achieve sales targets and non-financial KPIs
- Manage deals with a long and complex sales cycle
- Sales planning, forecasting, and reporting in CRM
- Collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a BDM / SDR / Sales Manager in the cloud domain
- Hands-on experience in selling cloud solutions (AWS and/or Google Cloud is a strong plus)
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies and their business value
- Experience in complex B2B negotiations and closing long-cycle deals
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Polish — fluent, English — Upper-Intermediate+
