Junior Account Manager

An AI-driven project is looking for an Account Manager. The product is transforming the approach to testing and looking ahead to the future of technology.

If you are customer-oriented, know how to build long-term relationships, can engage clients and bring them back to repeat purchases, and want to grow together with an AI product, this role is for you.

Your role on the team:
You will be a key link between the product and the client, responsible for successful onboarding, active product usage, and increasing the product’s value for the client’s business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Implementation:
    Hands-on training for clients on how to work with the platform: product demos, initial test setup, and early-stage support. The result: the client confidently uses the product independently.
  • Usage Stimulation (Burn Rate):
    Monitoring test usage and client activity. If usage drops, proactively reach out to clients with new use cases, templates, or additional training.
  • Client Reactivation:
    Re-engaging inactive clients who have stopped using the product.
  • Retention & Upsell:
    Supporting clients throughout the entire lifecycle - from initial use to subscription renewal or upgrading to a higher-tier plan.
  • Feedback & Product Development:
    Collecting client feedback, pain points, and feature requests, and communicating them to the product and development teams to improve functionality.

    Requirements (Must-Have):
  • 1+ years of experience.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to conduct online presentations and training sessions.
  • Skill in creating simple guides and screencasts (FAQ).
  • Experience in client support, retention, and training.
