Junior\Middle .NET Full-Stack Engineer (IRC287178)

We are developing an MVP‑phase enterprise solution for cash‑in‑transit operations, focused on route planning, zoning logic, and real‑time operational control.

The system consists of a .NET backend (REST APIs), a mobile application for custodians, and a web interface for monitoring routes and field activities. The solution helps ensure route compliance, operational transparency, and logistics optimization.

The project is built from scratch, with a strong emphasis on quality through automated testing, using manual testing only when needed.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of professional software development experience with the .NET platform
• Strong experience designing and consuming REST APIs (Open API / Swagger, FluentValidation)
• Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect authentication flows
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services
• Strong hands-on experience with front-end development in JS
• Experience building responsive and adaptive UIs
• Solid understanding of client–server architecture, microservices design, and asynchronous programming
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• Practical knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a strong plus)
• Familiarity with low-code / no-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus
• Strong skills in debugging, refactoring, and clean code practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand new domains
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate+)

Job responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native, scalable applications using .NET and AWS services
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices integrating with multiple internal and external systems
• Build and evolve front-end applications in React, ensuring performance, usability, and seamless backend integration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and align API contracts and system integrations
• Implement data processing and workflow services with a focus on scalability, resilience, and performance
• Participate in architecture, design, and technical decision-making
• Actively participate in planning, estimation, and code reviews
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the full stack
• Work closely with DevOps and QA to ensure reliable CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and smooth deployments
• Promote engineering best practices and contribute to continuous improvement within the team
