Full-Stack Developer (Landing Pages/Tracking/CRM Integrations) to $1500

Role Overview


We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who will own the end-to-end technical implementation of marketing landing pages and lead flows.


The role is execution-critical: converting AI-generated or Next.js-based pages into pure HTML / CSS / JavaScript landing pages, integrating them with Keitaro, configuring GTM and analytics, ensuring accurate CRM data delivery, and controlling conversion logic and lead qualification flows.


This position sits at the intersection of marketing, tracking, and backend integrations. The goal is not “development for beauty,” but development for control, accuracy, and scale.


Core Responsibilities


Landing Pages & Front-End Execution

  • Convert AI-generated / Next.js landing pages into lightweight HTML / CSS / JavaScript pages
  • Build pages from design (Figma / screenshots / references) with pixel-accurate execution
  • Optimize pages for speed, mobile performance, and high-volume traffic
  • Ensure compatibility with Keitaro tracking parameters and macros

Tracking, Analytics & Conversions

  • Integrate Keitaro tracking (postbacks, tokens, campaign parameters)
  • Install and configure Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Set up analytics and events (Meta, Google, custom events as required)
  • Configure conversion logic inside Keitaro
  • Control when conversions should and should NOT fire (tracker + ad platforms)
     

Lead Flow Logic & Qualification

  • Implement soft lead filtering logic, including:
    • Leads that appear “submitted” to the user but are not sent to CRM
    • Leads that do not trigger conversions in Keitaro or ad platforms
  • Build and maintain conditional submission logic based on qualification rules
  • Ensure seamless UX with no visible rejection or friction
     

CRM & Backend Integrations

  • Integrate landing pages with CRM via API / Webhooks
  • Ensure:
    • Data integrity
    • Correct field mapping
    • Strict adherence to required data structures
  • Debug and monitor lead delivery to prevent:
    • Field corruption
    • Missing parameters
    • Broken flows
       

System Ownership

  • Be responsible for the entire lead flow lifecycle:
    • Page → Tracker → CRM → Conversion logic
  • Quickly identify and fix:
    • Broken tracking
    • Lost leads
    • Incorrect conversion firing
  • Maintain clean, documented, and reproducible setups
     

Required Technical Skills

Front-End

  • Strong HTML / CSS / JavaScript (whatever)
  • Ability to convert design → working landing page without frameworks
  • Understanding of performance optimization for marketing pages
     

Tracking & Marketing Tech

  • Keitaro (mandatory)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Event-based tracking and conversion logic
  • Understanding of how ad platforms consume conversion data
     

Backend / Integrations

  • Working with REST APIs
  • Webhooks (send / receive / validate payloads)
  • CRM integrations and field mapping
  • Debugging data pipelines
     

Architecture & Logic

  • Conditional logic for lead qualification
  • Understanding of how tracking, conversions, and CRMs interact
  • Ability to think in flows, not pages
     

Nice-to-Have (Strong Advantage)

  • Experience in performance marketing / arbitrage environments
  • Familiarity with:
    • Meta / Google / TikTok tracking behavior
    • Conversion optimization under platform constraints
  • Experience working with high-volume lead funnels
  • Ability to suggest improvements in tracking or flow logic
