Backend Developer (PHP / Node.js)

We are looking for a Middle Backend Developer to join our product team and work on a long-term, technically interesting project. You will be involved in designing, developing, and improving backend services that directly impact the product and its users. We value clean architecture, thoughtful technical decisions, and continuous growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of commercial experience in backend development
• Strong knowledge of PHP and Node.js
• Hands-on experience with backend frameworks (any PHP, Node.js, or other backend frameworks are welcome)
• Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Practical experience with MongoDB
  • schema design
  • indexing
  • query optimization
• Understanding of backend architecture principles and best practices
• Experience working with version control systems (Git)
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and readable code

• Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts

   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with popular frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, NestJS, Express, Fastify, or similar
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments
• Basic knowledge of backend security principles (authentication, authorization, data protection)
• Experience working on a product-oriented company or long-term projects

• Experience with automated testing (unit / integration)
