About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Angular-focused Full-Stack Engineer to join a SaaS product team at a critical stage before release. The product consolidates several existing enterprise solutions into a single unified SaaS platform focused on governance, risk management, compliance, ESG reporting, and whistleblower workflows.
The core functionality is already largely implemented (~85–90%). The main goal of this role is to support the release phase, improve frontend architecture, and raise overall UI/UX and technical quality.
This is a time-bound full-time engagement (approx. 6 months) with a strong focus on stability, predictability, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the frontend codebase with a strong focus on Angular
• Improve and stabilize UI, UX, and frontend architecture
• Refactor and align existing frontend components where needed
• Ensure consistency, maintainability, and long-term supportability of the solution
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers (Java-based backend; no Java coding required)
• Act as a senior technical counterpart for frontend decisions and quality standards
• Provide guidance and mentoring to a junior frontend developer
• Communicate proactively about progress, risks, and timelines
   

Requirements
Must Have

• Strong, hands-on experience with Angular in production environments
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and component design
• Experience working with Bootstrap or similar UI frameworks
• Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of results
• Experience joining projects in late stages and preparing them for release
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and predictability
• Clear and structured communication skills
   

Nice to Have

• Full-stack background with understanding of backend systems and APIs
• Experience working in SaaS or enterprise applications
• Prior experience collaborating with Java backend teams
• Exposure to compliance-heavy or regulated domains (GRC, ESG, finance, etc.)
