Frontend Engineer (React.js) / Middle+ to $3000
We’re looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer (Middle+) to join a product team building a web platform for law firms with a strong focus on AI, automations, and complex forms.
This is a product-driven role where speed, ownership, and practical decision-making matter more than formal processes.
What you’ll be working on
- Building and evolving complex React.js web applications
- Implementing AI-driven flows, automations, and smart user interactions
- Developing dynamic forms, dashboards, and internal tools
- Quickly turning ideas into working UI using AI / vibe-coding approaches
- Designing and polishing small UI elements (buttons, modals, windows, layouts) without a designer
- Improving UX iteratively based on product needs, not pixel-perfect specs
What we expect from you
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js (Middle+ or higher)
- Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture
- Experience working with forms, state management, and complex UI logic
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude code, etc.) to move faster
- Good visual sense and ability to design small UI parts independently with AI help
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
- English level: B2 or higher (you’ll collaborate with an international team)
Nice to have
- Experience with AI products or automation-heavy platforms
- Familiarity with Next.js, modern build tools, or component libraries
- Understanding of product-thinking (not just “task execution”)
What you’ll get
- Work on a real product, not client outsourcing
- High level of autonomy and trust
- Fast feedback, minimal bureaucracy
- Opportunity to influence product decisions and UX
- Team that values speed, pragmatism, and smart use of AI
