About the Project
B2C (Primary Focus)
- Assistance with UAH / USD / EUR transfers to Europe
- Crypto-to-fiat and fiat structuring where applicable
- Transaction support for real estate and investment purchases
- Guidance on source-of-funds documentation
- Client сопровождение through compliance procedures (KYC/AML)
B2B (Secondary Focus)
- Cross-border capital structuring for businesses
- Placement of funds to EU corporate accounts
- Support of international financial settlements within regulatory frameworks
Key Responsibilities
- Work with inbound and outbound leads
- Conduct consultations and Zoom presentations
- Identify client needs and propose tailored financial solutions
- Prepare commercial proposals
- Lead negotiations and close deals
- Support clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle
- Identify and attract new clients using project tools
- Work with referrals and repeat sales
- Build long-term client relationships
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience in one of the following sectors:
- FinTech
- Banking
- Investments
- Real Estate
- Financial or Legal Consulting
- Experience working with high-ticket transactions
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems
Nice to have
- Interest in finance, investments, or cryptocurrency
- Experience working with international clients
- Basic understanding of cross-border payments and compliance
