About the Project

 

B2C (Primary Focus)

  • Assistance with UAH / USD / EUR transfers to Europe
  • Crypto-to-fiat and fiat structuring where applicable
  • Transaction support for real estate and investment purchases
  • Guidance on source-of-funds documentation
  • Client сопровождение through compliance procedures (KYC/AML)

 

B2B (Secondary Focus)

  • Cross-border capital structuring for businesses
  • Placement of funds to EU corporate accounts
  • Support of international financial settlements within regulatory frameworks

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with inbound and outbound leads
  • Conduct consultations and Zoom presentations
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored financial solutions
  • Prepare commercial proposals
  • Lead negotiations and close deals
  • Support clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle
  • Identify and attract new clients using project tools
  • Work with referrals and repeat sales
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM

 

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in one of the following sectors:
    • FinTech
    • Banking
    • Investments
    • Real Estate
    • Financial or Legal Consulting
  • Experience working with high-ticket transactions
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM systems

 

Nice to have

  • Interest in finance, investments, or cryptocurrency
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Basic understanding of cross-border payments and compliance
