Business Development Manager (FinTech / Crypto, HNWI)

About

B2B: Facilitate OTC transactions with digital and fiat assets for businesses, enabling legal fiat conversion of cryptocurrency profits to corporate accounts for operational and strategic purposes. Provide cryptocurrency liquidity for international payments and investments. Manage financial flows under banking restrictions through legal structuring and compliance measures.

B2C: Deliver tailored solutions for high-net-worth individuals, including crypto-to-fiat conversions for real estate, vehicles, and investment assets. Ensure compliant management of digital liquidity across borders, considering tax residency, currency regulations, and client KYC/AML status.


 

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

  • Work with inbound and outbound leads
  • Conduct consultations and Zoom presentations
  • Lead negotiations and close deals
  • Prepare commercial proposals
  • Support clients throughout the entire transaction cycle

Business Development

  • Identify and attract new clients using company tools
  • Work with referrals and repeat sales
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

 

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Experience in one of the following sectors:
    • FinTech
    • Banking
    • Investments
    • Real Estate
    • Financial or Legal Consulting
  • Experience selling high-ticket products
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems

 

Nice to have

  • Interest in finance, investments, or cryptocurrency
  • Experience working with international clients

 

Work Format

  • Fully remote
  • Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (UTC+2)
  • CRM-based workflow
