Android Team Lead (Core Team)

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial experience in native Android development (Kotlin)
• Proven Team Lead / Tech Lead experience, managing Android teams of 10+ engineers
• Strong knowledge of Android best practices, Kotlin, coroutines, Jetpack Compose
• Solid understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, MVC/MVVM, and testing
• Deep knowledge of Android architecture, performance optimization, and platform limitations
• Hands-on experience with Gradle build systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and building high-performance teams
• Advanced English level
• Proactive mindset with the ability to propose and drive technical solutions aligned with business goals

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain production-grade native Android applications
• Create and maintain Gradle builds and CI/CD pipelines
• Lead and mentor the Android team, fostering a high-performance engineering culture
• Contribute effectively within a Scrum team
• Propose and implement technical solutions to support business needs
• Design app observability to improve UX, stability, and overall product quality
