Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative based in Lviv to join our sales team and help us grow our client pipeline through outbound activities.
 

Responsibilities

- Proactively generate and qualify B2B leads

- Run outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels

- Identify decision-makers and understand client needs

- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team

- Maintain accurate data in CRM

- Work closely with sales and marketing teams

 

Requirements

- English level B2 or higher

- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR role

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Understanding of outbound sales processes

- Result-oriented and proactive mindset

 

Nice to have

- Experience in IT outsourcing or SaaS

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools

- Experience working with international markets (US / EU)
