Trading Operations Specialist to $3000

We’re looking for a Trading Operations Specialist to support execution workflows, liquidity monitoring, and trade reconciliation across electronic markets. This role does not provide investment advice.

Responsibilities
- Analyze market microstructure and execution performance
- Trading operations including asset rebalancing across multiple CEXs and DEXs; and facilitating settlement of assets against several trading counterparties
- Preventative actions by spread adaptations and configuring conditions, pricing and exposure thresholds on algorithmic trading bots
- Keeping track of and reporting technical and financial problems and providing support to the dev team for improvement
- Acting as a point of call internally on trading and market related insights

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Preferably in market making firms, hedge funds, or HFT firms
- Experience in market microstructure and analysis of market, order books, and trade data
- Experience in market making, and arbitrage strategies. Alpha signal generation is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Self-motivated and highly independent
- Able to design and maintain robust trading infrastructure, including real-time monitoring, execution diagnostics, dynamic parameter tuning, and automated risk controls
