Senior Crypto Quant Strategy Researcher to $6000

We are looking for a Senior Quant Strategy Researcher to design, prototype, and refine profitable trading strategies. You will work at the intersection of data science and financial engineering, focusing on crypto perpetuals (perps), prediction markets, and emerging DeFi protocols. Your goal is to turn granular data into actionable alpha and sustainable PnL.

What You’ll Do:

• Market Analysis: Deep dive into order books, funding rates, liquidations, and specific DeFi mechanics to find edges.
• Modeling: Build fair-value models and identify mispricing signals across multiple venues.
• Feature Engineering: Use statistical methods, Machine Learning, and AI-assisted techniques to uncover new trading features.
• Strategy Development: Backtest and prototype market-making, arbitrage, yield-farming, and idiosyncratic strategies.
• Production Integration: Collaborate closely with our DevOps and Execution engineers to deploy your research into live markets.
• AI Iteration: Leverage LLMs and modern AI tools to accelerate research cycles and code generation.
   

Requirements: 

• Senior-level Experience: Proven track record in quantitative research or algorithmic trading.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Python and its data science stack (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Crypto Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of DeFi protocols and derivative markets.
• Mindset: You are data-driven, move fast, and are obsessed with turning insights into profit.
