Sales Assistant (Junior)
We are looking for a Junior / Assistant specialist with strong growth potential who is eager to develop in sales and client-facing roles. This is an entry-level position, but with real career growth opportunities, hands-on learning, and a gradual transition to independent work.

Junior / Assistant level, but highly motivated to grow

  • Proactive, initiative-driven, with a positive mindset.
  • Stress-resistant (this role involves many rejections — that’s part of the job).
  • Responsible, structured, and detail-oriented.
  • Someone with “spark in the eyes” — not just “looking for a job,” but genuinely eager to grow.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with processing incoming inquiries.
  • Preparing and sending follow-up messages.
  • Working with CRM, leads, and LinkedIn.
  • Assisting in client communication.
  • Preparing simple commercial materials (emails, proposals, presentations).

What matters to us:

  • Mentoring from Senior BizDev with more then 15 years in sales is ready to share knowledge, expertise.
  • This is not a secretary role, but a stepping stone to becoming a Sales / Account Specialist.
  • The goal is for the person to independently handle simple processes over time.

Nice to have:

  • Interest in IT / digital / software.
  • Any experience in client communication (even minimal).
  • Strong desire to grow in sales / business development.
