UAtech is a global non-profit initiative dedicated to elevating Ukrainian and international founders on the world stage. We organize founder/investor side events alongside major technology conferences such as Web Summit, TechCrunch, VivaTech, and others.

In 2026, UAtech will deliver 20+ global side events, each featuring startup pitch competitions, panel discussions, and networking sessions. Our mission is to amplify startup visibility, strengthen global founder/investor connections, and spotlight Ukrainian innovation worldwide.


Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our day-to-day outreach and marketing tasks.

This is a support role for the team member responsible for sponsors/partners and communications. You will help with lead research, drafting messages/emails, follow-ups, keeping lists organized, and publishing updates on LinkedIn.

Entry-level friendly, no prior experience required. We provide training, templates, and clear task instructions. The tech side event is organized in a professional, seamless, and impactful way.

 

Who You Are

You are organized and consistent. You can work independently, follow instructions, and keep data clean in Google Sheets. You write clearly in English, respond on time, and don’t miss details. You’re comfortable with routine work (research, outreach drafts, follow-ups) and understand that consistency drives results.


Key Responsibilities
Lead Research & Contact Lists
• Find relevant companies and decision-makers (sponsors/partners, communities, media)
• Build and update contact lists (name, company, role, LinkedIn/email, notes)

Outreach Support (Messages & Follow-ups)
• Draft emails and LinkedIn messages using templates
• Prepare follow-ups and keep track of outreach in Google Sheets
• Maintain simple statuses + notes + next steps

LinkedIn & Marketing Support
• Publish/schedule posts based on provided text/templates
• Assist with short marketing texts: captions, short posts, simple descriptions
• Help keep tone and formatting consistent

Weekly Updates & Coordination
• Provide a short weekly update: completed tasks + basic numbers (leads added, messages sent, replies)
• Support small day-to-day coordination tasks when needed

 

Requirements

Must-Have

• English B2+ 

• Attention to detail and reliability

• Comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets and LinkedIn

• Ability to work full-time in a remote setup and meet deadlines

 

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Any outreach / lead generation experience

• Canva / Notion / basic CRM tools

• Interest in events, startups, partnerships, sponsorships
