Sales Manager
We’re looking for an accomplished sales professional ready to make a real impact by helping expand our presence across global markets. This role focuses on scaling sales operations, driving revenue growth, and securing high-value B2B clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by contributing to sales strategy development and execution
- Acquire new B2B clients by nurturing warm leads and converting them into long-term partnerships
- Identify and engage large potential clients, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure
- Research target industries to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
- Confidently present our products and services, clearly demonstrating how they address client needs
- Arrange and participate in meetings with prospects to understand their business challenges and propose effective solutions
- Collaborate closely with Account Management, Support, Compliance, and Operations teams to enhance offerings and uncover new growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance updates to the Head of Department
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in international B2B sales within the FinTech industry (not crypto/blockchain)
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven professional with a strong sense of ownership
- Hands-on experience working with high-risk industries such as iGaming, Crypto, or Forex
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand complex products and solutions
- Strong problem-solving mindset and creative approach to sales challenges
- Positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Established network and strong capability to open doors with enterprise-level clients
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
