SDR and Partnerships Manager (With relocation to Cyprus)
About the project:
This is a new position at Glorium, and the person stepping into it will build the SDR & Partnerships function. The focus of the role is to create a clear partnership model with companies that are pursuing digital transformation, such as in healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, and similar sectors, who will represent Glorium at industry events around the world.
You will take ownership of a full sales enablement bundle for partners, overseeing event execution, ensuring message consistency, and establishing tracking systems for KPIs, OKRs, and ROI. Your work will set the foundation for a scalable global field sales and partnership engine.
A new team member will be in charge of:
- Building and executing a partnerships model for companies to act as local representatives at events.
- Developing and managing a global field strategy that covers trade shows, conferences, and industry meetups.
- Coordinating local activations through partners, including co-branded events, workshops, and networking activities.
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of a sales enablement bundle for partners, such as pitch decks, service overviews, case studies, event materials, email templates, social kits, and localized assets.
- Onboarding, training, and supporting partners to ensure consistent messaging, effective lead generation, and high-quality representation of Glorium’s services.
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue impact.
- Tracking the performance of events and partnerships, producing OKR and KPI reporting, and optimizing strategies based on results.
- Occasionally generating leads (lead generation) through partner and field activities. Experience in closing deals will be considered a strong plus.
Does this relate to you?
- 4–7 years of experience in SDR, field sales, partner sales, or B2B event-driven business development, preferably within not only IT services, but also healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, or similar sectors.
- Strong understanding of B2B technology, ERP implementation, service delivery models, and partner ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage international event presence and collaborate effectively with external partners.
- Experience creating and managing sales enablement assets for partners.
- Data-driven approach with expertise in ROI tracking and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, especially across global audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as ClickUp, Jira, and Pipedrive.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- English is Upper-Intermediate.
