Your responsibilities:
๐น Conduct live demos and onboarding sessions for prospective inbound clients, leading them to closing the deal
๐น Conversion of inbound demos into paying customers
๐น Manage inbound sales and proactively identify upsell opportunities for potential clients
๐น Act as a trusted Account Executive, helping clients maximize product value, explore new features, and optimize their usage
๐น Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships
๐น Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date
๐น Work closely with different teamsโincluding marketing, product, and customer successโto deliver a seamless and cohesive client experience
๐น Monitor and evaluate your calls and sales performance, suggesting improvements on the existing process
๐น Build and maintain strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and respect
Your skills:
๐ธ 3 + years of experience in Sales Account Management/Account Executive roles
๐ธ Experience with leading live Demo presentations
๐ธ Experience working with SaaS contracts with an average value of $10K+ per year
๐ธ Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
๐ธ Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of customer needs and data challenges to offer the best solutions
๐ธ Ability to proactively guide customers toward data-driven success
๐ธ Excellent software literacy and ability to dive deep into the product
๐ธ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
๐ธ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
๐ธ High attention to detail
Would be a plus:
๐ธ Experience with CRM systems
๐ธ Understanding of marketing tools and strategies
๐ธ Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
๐ธ Familiarity with Coupler.io, other MarTech platforms
๐ธ Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
