Affiliate Sales Manager

We are a fast-growing iGaming project building an affiliate partner program from scratch.
Sales is a core function at this stage, as partner acquisition directly impacts the performance of marketing, affiliate management, and overall business growth.

We are looking for a proactive Affiliate Sales Manager who is comfortable with cold outreach, can work autonomously, and is ready to take full ownership of partner acquisition and launches across multiple GEOs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively attract and onboard affiliate partners (SEO webmasters, buying teams).
  • Work with inbound leads from media and marketing campaigns.
  • Independently source new partners via cold outreach (Email, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct calls, demos, and presentations of affiliate offers.
  • Negotiate cooperation terms (CPA rates, GEOs, payment conditions).
  • Manage partners through the full cycle: first contact โ†’ agreement โ†’ launch.
  • Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking systems.
  • Follow up with partners across all funnel stages.
  • Analyze personal performance and improve outreach approaches.
  • Report results directly to the Team Lead of Sales.

     

Requirements:

Must-haves:

  • 1+ of experience in Sales or Affiliate Manager (Igaming)
  • Hands-on experience with cold outreach and outbound sales.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing or related digital niches.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • High level of persistence and result orientation.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Existing network of webmasters or buying teams.
  • Experience working with multiple GEOs.
  • Foreign language skills.
