Sales Development Representative
We are looking for an experienced SDR to strengthen our sales pipeline and drive new business opportunities. You will play a key role in outbound sales and lead qualification.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify outbound leads
- Run cold outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, calls)
- Identify decision-makers and business needs
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams
- Track activities and results in CRM
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as an SDR / BDR in IT or B2B sales
- English level B2 or higher
- Strong understanding of outbound sales processes
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
- Result-oriented mindset and ownership of KPIs
Nice to have
- Experience in IT outsourcing / SaaS
- Knowledge of different markets (US / EU)
- Experience with sales automation tools
