Junior Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Junior SDR who wants to start a career in IT sales and grow into a strong sales professional. This role is perfect for someone who is motivated, communicative, and ready to learn.
 

Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients (B2B)

- Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, and other channels

- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

- Maintain and update CRM with accurate data

- Learn sales scripts, tools, and outreach best practices

 

Requirements

- Strong communication skills in English (B2 or higher)

- Interest in sales, IT, and technology

- Confident written communication

- Willingness to learn and grow

- Previous experience is a plus, but not required

 

Nice to have

- Basic understanding of B2B sales or IT outsourcing

- Experience with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or cold outreach
