As a Lead QA, you will join a highly experienced team developing software for high-tech medical devices.
The technical scope includes key functionalities for the medical industry, including 3D visualization for robotic surgery.

Requirements

• At least 6 years in Software Testing (manual/automation) & 2 years in a senior/lead role
• Deep understanding of software development life cycle, QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with manual testing, functional testing
• Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (bug reports, test cases, checklists)
• Experience in working with documentation – Requirements Specifications, Test Plan, Test Reports, etc
• Excellent reporting skills

• Upper intermediate level of English

   

Job responsibilities

• Defining comprehensive test strategies, working with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to align testing with business needs and architecture
• Guiding and training test engineers on best practices and new tools
• Participate in test requirements development, test design, and test development
• Execute manual test cases and report defects found in the issue tracking system
• Work with documentation – Requirements Specification, Tests Descriptions, Test Reports, Traceability.
• Track and report test coverage and software quality metrics
• Work closely with the development team and customer team
• Optimize existing processes
