Node.js./Next.js Developer

We are looking for a motivated Junior or Mid-Level Node.js & Next.js Developer to join our growing engineering team.

In this role, you will work on building modern web applications, APIs, and scalable services using Node.js, Next.js, and Docker. This position is ideal for someone who cares about clean code, performance, and continuous learning.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that have real impact on the product and users.
 

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using Next.js (React)
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Containerize applications using Docker and assist with deployment workflows
• Integrate databases, third-party APIs, and internal services
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices
• Debug, optimize, and improve application performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
   

Requirements
 

Must Have

• 1–4 years of experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Practical experience with Node.js (Express, Hono, Fastify, or similar frameworks)
• Experience with Next.js and React
• Good understanding of REST APIs
• Experience with Docker (building images, docker-compose, basic container concepts)
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, and event-driven architecture
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Experience with ORMs: Prisma, Drizzle, TypeORM, Sequelize
• Knowledge of WebSockets or real-time systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean)
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, Playwright)
• Experience with Redis (caching, queues, or session management)
