Middle/Senior UX/AI Designer

We are looking for a Middle/Senior UX AI Designer to join our team.
This role is strongly UX-focused and oriented toward designers who actively use AI tools in their daily workflow while working on multiple client products.

Responsibilities:
1.Design user experiences, user flows, and interaction logic for web and mobile products.
2.Work on outsourcing projects across different domains and product types.
3.Use AI tools to design, prototype, and validate UX solutions.
4.Collaborate with UI designers, developers, PMs, and international clients.
5.Participate in UX discussions and client calls in English.
6.Adapt UX approaches quickly across different projects and requirements.

Requirements:
1.Middle or Senior UX Designer with 4+ years of experience.
2.Strong expertise in UX design (research, flows, IA, wireframes, complex interfaces).
3.Hands-on experience with AI tools, such as:
Cursor
Claude Code
Windsurf
or similar AI-powered coding/design tools.
4. Experience working with web and mobile products/Understanding of HTML/CSS/React/Next.js.
5.Understanding of development processes and UX-to-implementation flow.
6.Fluent English (B2-C1) — confident spoken English is mandatory.
