Business Development Representative

We’re currently looking for a BDR to join the product SaaS team at G-MOS — a product from the Promodo ecosystem.

 

G-MOS (g-mos.com) is a SaaS platform that helps businesses scale Google Ads through automation. G-MOS combines deep marketing expertise with a product-driven approach and is now entering an active scaling phase.

 

Right now, we’re strengthening our outbound motion and looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will own the full lead generation and qualification cycle end-to-end — from first touch to qualified opportunity — and directly influence pipeline quality and revenue growth.

 

What you’ll do:

  • own the lead generation process: ICP definition, lead research, segmentation;
  • build and maintain outbound pipelines (cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach);
  • run qualification calls and identify decision-makers, needs, and fit;
  • test and improve outreach messaging, sequences, and channels;
  • work closely with Sales & Marketing on lead quality and funnel performance;
  • maintain accurate data in CRM and report on results.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years in a BDR/SDR role;
  • proven experience in lead generation and outbound funnel building;
  • strong skills in qualification calls;
  • hands-on experience with cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach;
  • English B2+ (speaking & writing);
  • general understanding of Google Ads is a plus;
  • confident working remotely and independently.
