Middle Fullstack Developer (Node.js / React)

We are looking for a Middle Fullstack Developer to join our team and play a key role in building and scaling high-performance web applications, working across both backend and frontend layers.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and NestJS
- Develop user-facing features and interfaces using React
Optimize data storage, queries, and performance using PostgreSQL
- Deploy, manage, and optimize services on AWS (ECS, Lambda, SQS, API Gateway)
- Contribute to architectural decisions for complex, high-load systems with a focus on scalability and long-term maintainability
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, backend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver well-engineered solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; actively participate in code reviews
- Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth
- Continuously improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and security

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack or Backend Developer
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and React
Solid experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, SQS, API Gateway)
- Proven ability to design, maintain, and optimize complex systems
- Experience working with microservices and distributed systems
- Strong understanding of modern frontend development practices and component-based architecture
- Ability to navigate complex codebases, identify improvements, and iteratively enhance system performance
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (Low)
