     Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services on Python for both our platform and internal tools
• Build clean, testable, and maintainable code following SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles
• Design and implement REST/async APIs and integrations with third-party services
• Work with databases and optimize queries for performance and scalability
• Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and mentoring
• Improve existing systems and processes, not just add features

• Commercial experience in Python: 2+ years 
• Proficient with FastAPI, Django, or Flask
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Understanding of async programming and concurrency
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and collaborative development practices
• Strong understanding of clean code, software design principles, and maintainability
• English proficiency sufficient for reading documentation and communicating with an international team
   

• Docker and containerized environments
• Redis, RabbitMQ, Celery
• Experience with high-load systems
• Automated testing (pytest or similar)
• Exposure to marketing or SEO-related backend systems
