RPA Developer

We’re looking for an RPA Developer with hands-on experience in Blue Prism, UiPath, or n8n, who enjoys turning business workflows into stable, scalable automations.

In this role, you’ll work closely with analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements, design workflow logic, and implement end-to-end automations using APIs, webhooks, and connectors. You’ll be responsible not just for building bots, but for keeping them reliable in production, aligned with SDLC and Agile delivery practices.

Hard skills:

• Experience with automation tools: Blue Prism or UiPath or n8n (integrations via webhooks, APIs, connectors);
• Workflow logic understanding (process diagrams to automation);
• SDLC + Agile delivery experience;
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Tasks:

• Build and support business process automations;
• Work with analysts and SMEs to clarify requirements;
• Implement workflows end-to-end and keep them stable.
