Sales Development Representative to $1500
Weβre looking for a Sales Development Representative to focus on lead generation on Upwork and similar platforms.
Responsibilities
β Actively work with Upwork: search for relevant projects, submit proposals, communicate with leads
β Write high-quality, customized proposals aligned with client needs and our expertise
β Communicate with leads via Upwork chat (chat only, without calls), clarify requirements, and set appointments with the sales team
β Help with commercial proposal preparation (estimations, presentations, Loom records)
β Build and test hypotheses to improve response and conversion rates on Upwork
β Work with CRM, prepare reports
β Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align messaging and offers
Requirements
β 2+ years of experience in lead generation in IT
β Hands-on experience with Upwork: bidding, boosting, algorithms, policies
β English level B2 or higher (written)
β Strong written communication and persuasion skills
β Ability to write custom messages tailored to leads' requests
β Sales and Client centric mindset
β Understanding of the IT market (technologies for web & mobile dev, SDLC)
β Attention to detail and responsibility
