Senior DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who thrives on automation, scalability, and reliability. You’ll own the infrastructure that powers the IoT platform—building cloud-native systems, improving deployment pipelines, and ensuring observability across hundreds of connected sites. This is a hands-on role where you’ll continuously improve uptime, performance, and cost efficiency while enabling rapid innovation across engineering teams.

What are we looking for?

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Deep knowledge of AWS (EC2, ECS, SES, SNS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch).
• Practical experience managing infrastructure on DigitalOcean.
• Strong experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes, K3s, ECS).
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Solid understanding of observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Alloy.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go).
• Experience with secure cloud practices: VPCs, IAM, secrets management, least-privilege access.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, IoT, or edge environments is a strong plus.
• AWS certifications or open-source contributions are a bonus.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and DigitalOcean using Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage containerized deployments for IoT data pipelines and backend services.
• Design, improve, and scale CI/CD pipelines for faster and safer releases.
• Implement and maintain observability, monitoring, and alerting systems.
• Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure disaster recovery readiness and high availability.
• Support security audits, compliance requirements, and incident response.
• Collaborate closely with backend, hardware, and data teams to evolve infrastructure alongside the product.
