We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team.
If you have experience in B2B account management, know how to build strong, long-term partner relationships, and are eager to take ownership of commercial growth, we would love to meet you.
Requirements:
- 2โ3 years of experience in B2B iGaming (preferably on the provider side).
- Proven experience working with aggregators (e.g. SoftSwiss, BetConstruct, Digitain, Slotegrator).
- Understanding of casino KPIs: GGR, NGR, ARPU, RTP, retention, churn.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
- Confidence in working with contracts, commercial terms, and pricing models.
- Proficiency in English and Ukrainian.
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Full-time availability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with crypto casinos, social casinos, or iGaming platforms
- Cross-selling and upselling experience.
- Nice to have: knowledge of an additional European language.
- Market knowledge and top competitive products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with partners (operators, crypto casinos, platforms, etc.)
- Oversee commercial performance and ensure revenue goals are met.
- Develop and implement strategic account growth plans.
- Coordinate game launches, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Monitor and analyze client performance and prepare regular reports.
- Represent the company at international industry events and conferences.
