We are looking for a strong, independent specialist who is ready to take ownership of technical decisions, lead the backend direction of the project, and mentor the team.

Project description

The project is a transport management interface — a web platform for managing transportation operations and logistics processes.

Team size: 8+ specialists.

Requirements

Backend (Spring Boot)

• Strong knowledge of Java (OOP, Collections, Streams)
• Spring Boot fundamentals
• REST API design
• Spring MVC
• Spring Data JPA / Hibernate
• SQL & relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Spring Security (JWT, OAuth2)
• Exception handling & validation
• Unit & integration testing (JUnit, Mockito)
• Experience in technical leadership or team leadership
• Ability to make architectural decisions

English: Advanced level

Responsibilities

• Lead backend development and architecture
• Make technical decisions and define best practices
• Review code and mentor developers
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams
• Ensure high quality, scalability, and performance of the system
