Webflow Developer (Project-based)

We are looking for a Webflow Developer to work on a project-based basis.

This is a flexible collaboration format — you can join projects when you have availability and interest.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites in Webflow (landing pages, marketing sites, multi-page websites).
• Build clean, responsive layouts based on Figma designs.
• Configure CMS collections, dynamic pages, and content structure.
• Implement interactions/animations in Webflow (native interactions, component states).
• Ensure high performance, accessibility basics, and cross-browser consistency.

• Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and developers when custom code is needed.

   

What is important to us:

• At least 2+ years of experience in Webflow development.
• Up-to-date portfolio (Webflow projects: landing pages and multi-page websites).
• Strong knowledge of Webflow CMS, components, and best practices.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (and confident working with custom code embeds when required).
• Attention to detail: spacing, responsiveness, typography, pixel-perfect implementation.
• Responsible, proactive, and comfortable with async collaboration.

• Intermediate English level or higher.

   

Will be a big plus: experience working with both Webflow and WordPress.
