Sales Manager (Upwork Focus) Strong Junior / Early Middle
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to own the Upwork direction, working with clients from the US and Europe, conducting sales calls, presenting our proposals and estimates, and closing deals.
You will work closely with a Lead Generator: validated leads are passed to the Sales Manager, who then owns the full sales cycle and drives the client to a signed deal.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with Upwork and handling incoming leads
- Communicating with clients from US / EU markets
- Conducting sales calls and identifying client needs
- Presenting the company, teams, commercial proposals, and estimates
- Managing the full sales cycle: from first contact to deal closure
- Maintaining and updating client information in CRM systems
- Collaborating closely with lead generation and delivery teams
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven sales experience in SaaS / IT
- Hands-on experience working with clients from the US and Europe
- Practical experience with Upwork
- High level of English (confident spoken and written communication)
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Result-oriented mindset, proactivity, and ambition
- Level: strong junior / early middle
