Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. You’re an open-minded, results-driven individual who takes initiative and enjoys testing different approaches to find the best leads!
You’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients, building relationships through LinkedIn, identifying opportunities, and moving leads through the sales funnel toward intro calls.
What you have:
- A curious and open-minded personality. You are naturally interested in the "why" and "how" of things; you bring energy to your work and avoid a robotic, monotone approach to sales.
- From 6 months of experience in pre-sales, sales, lead generation, SDR or outreach specialist positions.
- Experience in creating email and LinkedIn sequences.
- Proficient in LinkedIn; Experience with outreach automation tools.
- Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and be able to read through objections and answer competitive questions.
- Understanding of Sales and Marketing principles.
- Intermediate/Upper Intermediate English.
- Proactive, analytical thinker with a sense of humor. We value people who can keep the atmosphere light and engaging.
- Ready to test new ideas; Open to experimenting and finding what works best.
- Results-oriented; Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and improving performance.
- Growth mindset; Committed to constant self-improvement and adapting based on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Manage LinkedIn profiles, create, share content and engage with people through comments and posts.
- Contact and communicate with potential prospects through LinkedIn, email, moving the leads through the sales funnel and move them to the intro call.
- Generate SQLs, effectively convert MQLs into SQLs.
- Craft personalized, high-converting outreach messages aligned with our ICP and services, continuously testing and optimizing to boost engagement and conversions.
- Propose new lead sourcing strategies, align with marketing and sales, and identify early client needs to support growth initiatives.
- Own your outbound process, drive improvements, and support growth strategy.
Analyze your approach and make decisions for scaling strategies.
Great to have, but not 100% necessary:
- Experience in the B2B segment, specifically Design & Development services.
- Experience in social selling on LinkedIn.
- Experience with sales enablement tools.
- Experience with writing posts.
