Sales Development Representative (LinkedIn)

UITOP, a design & development team, is seeking a Sales Development Representative. We help B2B SaaS products feel simple, modern, and easy to use. As our SDR, you will be the first point of contact, building relationships and moving leads through the funnel toward intro calls.

We transform complex B2B software into intuitive, high-end digital products. You’re an open-minded, results-driven individual who takes initiative and enjoys testing different approaches to find the best leads!

Responsibilities

  • Manage LinkedIn profiles, create content, and engage with potential prospects.
  • Contact prospects via LinkedIn and email to convert MQLs into SQLs.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages aligned with our ICP and services.
  • Propose new lead sourcing strategies and align with marketing/sales teams.
  • Own the outbound process and drive continuous improvements.
  • Analyze performance and make data-driven decisions to scale outreach.


Requirements

  • A curious and open-minded personality. You are naturally interested in the "why" and "how" of things.
  • 6+ months of experience in SDR, lead generation, or outreach positions.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn and experienced with outreach automation tools.
  • Experience in creating email and LinkedIn sequences.
  • Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and be able to read through objections and answer competitive questions.
  • Understanding of Sales and Marketing principles.
  • Proactive, analytical thinker with a growth mindset and a sense of humor.
  • Committed to constant self-improvement and adapting based on feedback.
  • Intermediate/Upper Intermediate English.


Bonus points

  • Experience in the B2B segment, specifically Design & Development services.
  • Experience in social selling on LinkedIn.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools.
  • Experience with writing posts.
