DTEAM is looking for a Sales Manager.If you have experience in B2B sales, can build strong client relationships, and know how to convert leads into long-term partnerships β€” we’d love to meet you!

πŸ’Ό Your Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients (prospecting)
Qualify leads to match our Ideal Customer Profile
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
Initiate contact and engage with prospects via email, calls, or social media
Schedule meetings and present tailored service offerings
Maintain and update CRM with relevant sales activity
Contribute to overall sales goals through lead generation and qualification



βœ… We’re Looking For Someone With:
2+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in an IT outstaffing company or startup
Proven track record in B2B sales and communicating with international clients
General understanding of software development and IT terminology
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Experience working with various sales techniques and tools
Understanding of the full sales cycle and deal-closing strategies
High self-discipline, time management, and a results-oriented mindset
Advanced English level (both spoken and written)
