We’re looking for a Senior Three.js / WebGL Developer to build interactive, high-performance WebGL features for a product environment.

This is a hands-on role with ownership over rendering architecture, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build complex interactive web experiences using Three.js & WebGL.
• Own rendering architecture, scene structure, and performance strategy.
• Integrate WebGL / Three.js functionality into React-based web applications.
• Optimize rendering pipelines, GPU usage, and browser memory performance.
• Work closely with Product and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Make senior-level technical decisions related to visual systems and performance trade-offs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on interactive graphics.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Three.js / WebGL in production environments.
• Deep understanding of 3D rendering pipelines, scene optimization, and GPU performance.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proven experience optimizing rendering performance, memory usage, and large or complex scenes.
• Experience integrating Three.js / WebGL solutions into complex web applications.
• Product-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
• Senior-level ownership, architectural thinking, and technical decision-making.

Nice to have:

• Experience with React Three Fiber.
• Knowledge of GLSL / custom shaders.
• Background in complex visual, CAD-like, or highly interactive web interfaces.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or product teams.
