Sales Manager (Outbound)

We’re Jett Develops, a digital product design & development agency working with early-stage startups and fast-growing companies in FinTech, GreenTech, SaaS, and EdTech. Our clients have raised over $20M and built products used by companies like Microsoft and Evergrow.
We’re launching and scaling a new outbound sales direction and are looking for a Sales Manager (Outbound) who will work hands-on with LinkedIn and email outreach and help us consistently generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
This role is focused on execution, experimentation, and results. You’ll work within existing company standards and processes, with enough freedom to optimize and improve outreach — without building or managing a sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Launch and develop LinkedIn and email outbound sales campaigns based on approved company standards
- Work hands-on with outbound outreach: prospecting, messaging, follow-ups, and personalization
- Develop and test outbound messaging, sequences, and value propositions
- Research ICPs, target accounts, and decision-makers
- Track outreach performance and optimize conversion rates at each stage
- Maintain accurate reporting and CRM updates
- Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, and delivery teams to align messaging and offers
Continuously improve outreach quality using data, feedback, and modern tools, including AI-powered solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with LinkedIn and cold email outbound sales (IT services, digital agencies, or SaaS preferred)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification
- Excellent written English — clear, professional, and persuasive communication
- Hands-on mindset and ability to manage your own pipeline end-to-end
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Experience using AI tools in sales, lead generation, personalization, analytics, or outreach automation
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an IT outsourcing or product company
- Experience selling services to startups or SMBs in US or EU markets
- Understanding of digital product development or design services
English level: Upper Intermediate or higher
