Head of Sales

We invite an experienced Head of Sales to join a team working on existing products for our customers.
Location: Ukraine, remote, full-time.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in IT sales (outsourcing / outstaffing)
• Experience with EU & US clients
• Knowledge of Web, Mobile & Design services
• English B2+
• Experience managing sales teams & closing complex deals

What you’ll do:

• Build & scale sales in Europe & US
• Own full sales cycle: lead → negotiation → close → handover
• Develop outsourcing & outstaffing offerings
• Lead, mentor & motivate sales team
• Optimize sales funnels & channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach)
