Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Unidatalab is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new B2B opportunities and support our sales pipeline. You’ll work directly with our CEO and founders, playing a key role in expanding our presence in the US and EU markets.

 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, personalized outreach, and engaging with senior decision-makers in tech-driven organizations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls (US & EU markets);
  • Running personalized outbound campaigns based on ICPs and sales triggers;
  • Conducting discovery calls and qualifying leads;
  • Managing leads, pipelines, and updates in HubSpot;
  • Working with reactivated and closed-lost opportunities;
  • Setting up and optimizing outreach sequences (email & LinkedIn);
  • Scheduling calls with senior stakeholders (CEOs, HR Directors, CPOs, Founders);
  • Collaborating with leadership to improve outbound performance.

 

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in B2B lead generation (SaaS/Tech is a strong plus);
  • Fluent English (B2+ or higher) — confident spoken and written communication;
  • Hands-on experience selling into US and European B2B markets;
  • Strong skills with: LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator; Apollo (or similar); HubSpot;
  • Metrics-driven, results-oriented mindset.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in sales of AI, SaaS, or tech consulting;
  • Understanding of Conversational AI, SpeechTech, or software sales;
  • Experience improving outbound performance through A/B testing and analytics.
