Business Development / Sales Manager (Media Buying)

We are seeking a Business Development / Account Manager who will be responsible for identifying new advertisers and managing them, with a clear growth path to Head of Business Development or Team Lead.
 

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively sourcing and onboarding new advertisers, direct brands, and affiliate networks
  • Negotiating commercial terms (CPA / hybrid models, payouts, caps, testing conditions)
  • Managing advertiser relationships end-to-end: integration, launch, scaling, and ongoing support
  • Monitoring performance together with buying teams and identifying optimization and growth points
  • Coordinating integrations with tech teams (tracking, postbacks, basic setup)
  • Working with finance and operations on payouts, margins, and deal structure
  • Maintaining clear documentation and communication history for all partners

    What we expect
  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing - media buying, or affiliate networks
  • Strong understanding of the affiliate ecosystem and how buying teams operate
  • Deep knowledge of iGaming offers, brands, and advertisers, especially across Tier 1 GEOs
  • Existing network of direct advertisers and affiliate networks
  • Ability to independently source, negotiate, and close deals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Business-oriented mindset with focus on long-term partnerships and margins
  • Understanding of tracking systems, postbacks, and integration logic
