Full-stack Developer (AI-forward)

We are looking for an AI-forward full-stack developer who can work fast with prototypes and turn them into stable, production-ready solutions. This role is about engineering judgment, ownership, and building real AI-powered product features.

Responsibilities

• Refining and stabilizing prototypes, turning “raw” code into production-ready solutions
• Developing and maintaining full-stack functionality (frontend + backend)
• Integrating AI features: LLM APIs, chats, assistants, data search
• Implementing RAG solutions (embeddings, vector search)
• Working with PostgreSQL, Redis, and vector databases
• Making engineering decisions related to architecture, performance, and security
• Writing and maintaining tests (unit / integration / e2e)
• Setting up and maintaining Docker environments and CI/CD pipelines
• Deploying and supporting services in the cloud
• Handling monitoring, logging, and basic observability
• Actively using AI tools (Cursor, Copilot) in daily development

Requirements

• Experience in full-stack development of at least 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of React / Next.js
• Experience with Node.js (TypeScript) and/or Python (FastAPI)
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
• Experience with vector databases (pgvector / Pinecone / Qdrant or similar)
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI / Anthropic / Azure OpenAI)
• Understanding of tool calling and streaming responses
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD
• Experience with cloud deployments
• Ability to write tests and understanding of basic security principles
