Integration Engineer

We are looking for an Integration Engineer to strengthen our internal engineering team.
The role focuses on building and maintaining integrations between internal systems, ensuring reliable data exchange and smooth operation of company-wide services.

This is not a classic product development role. You will work at the intersection of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and internal platforms that directly impact employees’ productivity and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between internal systems (HR, ERP, domain services, internal AI platform)
• Ensure reliable and secure data exchange between services
• Develop and maintain API-based integrations
• Participate in production launches of internal projects
• Implement and scale solutions from MVP to production
• Maintain stability, observability, and security of integration services
• Support and extend existing integrations and internal services

Requirements:

Must-have:

• 3+ years of experience as an Integration Engineer or similar role
• Commercial experience with Python and/or Go
• Strong experience with API design and integrations
• Hands-on experience with serverless services
• Experience with containerization
• Production experience with cloud platforms
• Experience working with distributed systems and multiple services

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Kubernetes
• Bash / PowerShell scripting
• Experience integrating enterprise or ERP systems
• Familiarity with security, monitoring, or analytics services
