Sales Development Representative (Generative AI)
BotsCrew is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to help us scale customer acquisition in 2025. You’ll work closely with our Co-Founder and Head of Sales, playing a key role in turning inbound interest into closed deals — while also building new opportunities through Upwork.

What you’ll do
- Work primarily with the US market, handling high-quality inbound leads
- Participate in the full sales cycle, with a strong focus on discovery calls and qualification
- Generate new opportunities through consistent, thoughtful outreach on Upwork and other outbound channels
- Support later sales stages, including estimations and proposal development
- Elicit client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to shape winning proposals
- Conduct demos and create business-focused proposals that clearly show ROI
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and share insights with leadership and marketing
Track industry and pipeline trends and contribute ideas for new or improved offerings
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in software or IT services sales
- Proven ability to close deals $50,000+
- Hands-on experience with Upwork outreach and bid management
- Advanced English (C1) — written and spoken
- Strong understanding of sales best practices and basic market research
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with enterprise clients
- Confident user of Google Workspace tools and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Interest in — or passion for — Generative AI solutions (a big plus)
