Sales Development Representative (Generative AI)

BotsCrew is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to help us scale customer acquisition in 2026. Your core mission will be to convert inbound and outbound leads into high-quality booked meetings for our Sales Executives. Once opportunities move beyond qualification, you’ll support the Co-Founder and Head of Sales Ops in advancing deals — contributing to proposals and estimates, but not owning the closing process.

What you’ll do

  • Work primarily with the US market, handling high-quality inbound leads
  • Generate new opportunities through consistent, thoughtful outreach on Upwork and other outbound channels
  • Participate in discovery calls and further lead qualification
  • Support Sales Executives (Head of Sales Ops / Co-founder) in later deal stages, including estimations and proposal development
  • Help prepare demos and business-focused proposals
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and share insights with leadership and marketing
  • Track industry and pipeline trends and contribute ideas for new or improved offerings
     

What we’re looking for

  • Hands-on experience with inbound, outbound and / or Upwork outreach and bid management
  • Advanced English (C1) — written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with enterprise clients
  • Experience supporting post-qualification stages of the sales cycle (e.g., proposals, estimates, negotiations) is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong understanding of sales best practices and basic market research
  • Confident user of Google Workspace tools and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Interest in — or passion for — Generative AI solutions (a big plus)
