Product Designer (Middle+) / Graphic Design

We are looking for a Product Designer who is comfortable working end-to-end with the product, understands business goals, and can turn them into clear, high-quality, and visually strong user experiences.

Requirements

Experience

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Product Design
• Experience designing web products (SaaS, platforms, complex interfaces)
• Experience collaborating with product managers and developers

Tools

• Figma (advanced level):
  • components and libraries
  • auto-layout
  • variables and design tokens
  • interactive prototyping
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator:
  • banners and marketing creatives
  • illustrations
  • image editing and optimization

UX Process

• Full design cycle:
  User Research → User Flow → Wireframes → UI → Prototype → Handoff
• Ability to translate business and user requirements into design solutions
• Strong communication and design rationale skills

UI Skills

• Strong visual design sense
• Confident work with:
  • typography
  • color systems
  • iconography
• Pixel-perfect execution and attention to detail
• Experience working with or building design systems

Platforms

• Web and Mobile (iOS / Android)
• Understanding of responsive design
• Knowledge of platform guidelines and best practices

Nice to have

• Experience with product analytics tools (GA, Hotjar, Amplitude, etc.)
• Understanding of accessibility principles
• Experience in discovery / pre-development phases
• Background in product or startup environments
