Sr DevOps

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps to join our engineering team and help us automate, scale, and optimize our build and deployment workflows. You’ll play a key role in designing robust pipelines, integrating tools, and ensuring smooth delivery processes in a complex, performance-critical environment.

This role involves both hands-on infrastructure automation and close collaboration with development teams to maintain high standards of quality, speed, and reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern automation tools
• Integrate and optimize build workflows (Makefiles or similar) for reliability and performance
• Automate testing processes, including network-level testing using scripting tools
• Monitor, debug, and improve pipeline health and deployment stability
• Manage and configure cloud infrastructure (e.g., Hetzner, DigitalOcean, or similar)
• Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Pulumi)
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless delivery and operations

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in a DevOps, CI/CD
• Solid experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
• Proficiency with Linux, shell scripting (e.g., Bash), and Python
• Strong understanding of build systems, Makefiles, and the software compilation process
• Experience managing and troubleshooting pipelines in complex environments
• Familiarity with containerization and deploying infrastructure via Pulumi, Terraform, or similar
• Experience with cloud platforms like Hetzner, DigitalOcean, AWS, GCP, or Azure

Nice to Have

• Experience with Scapy for network-level testing
• Knowledge of Bazel or transitioning legacy build systems to modern CI/CD
• Hands-on experience with self-hosted runners, caching, or advanced build optimizations
