Junior Sales Representative

Role summary

 

We are an international company helping fast-growing startups and enterprise teams build and scale global talent. Our clients include well-known brands like Hasbro, EverCommerce, and TATA. We operate as a fully remote team across the US, Latin America, and Europe, and have supported 100+ professionals worldwide.

 

What you’ll do

  • Process and qualify inbound inquiries (email, website, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Follow up with leads in our CRM and keep deal stages updated
  • Run outbound lead generation (prospecting, list building, outreach)
  • Book qualified meetings for senior sales team
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records

     

What we’re looking for

  • 0–2 years experience in sales, SDR, or lead generation
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and basic sales workflows
  • Proactive, organized, and not afraid of follow-ups
  • Strong willingness to learn and improve

     

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B sales
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
