Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role in IT (outsourcing and outstaffing) is a must
  • Confident English level — B2-C1 is mandatory
  • Previous successful track record in Inbound activities is a must
  • Previous experience working with Linkedin Outbound campaigns is a must
  • Previous experience on pre-sales process is a must
  • Previous experience with conducting or managing Business trips is preferable
  • Knowledge of Outsourcing “IT kitchen” — roles, responsibilities, processes
  • Deep understanding of SDLC
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and leads
  • High analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and any useful sales-related tools
  • A passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A relentless drive to hit and exceed sales targets
  • Highly motivated by challenges and results

Responsibilities

  • Helping to achieve Financial KPIs
  • Work with Existing Inbound channels and helping to look for new ones
  • Working with Leadgen team and processing leads from Linkedin
  • Involvement in Business Trips to clients and leads
  • Preparing documentation for the successful deals
  • Effective FUP strategy
  • Cooperation with recruitment team on opened positions
  • Cooperation with pre-sale team on active pre-sales
  • Cooperation with sales team in helping to improve existing sales and account processes
  • Aggressively pursue new opportunities and creative sales channels
  • Continuously test and refine sales approaches to maximize results
  • Take ownership of client success and drive deals from start to finish
